Application Journey

How to apply

If you would like to study one of our courses then you first need to make sure that you have prepared everything you need in order to make your application. 

The application process is quite simple but there are a few things that you need to make sure you have prepared for. 

Read through our application guide below and when you are ready, make an enquiry with us through our website. One our team members will then be in touch to take you through the application process.

1. Choose your course

Choose a course or if you are in doubt, book an appointment with a career advisor to help you to identify what course most suit your career plans. 

2. Book an academic interview

3. Prepare your documents

Once you’ve had a call and discussion with a TEG team member, we will then help you to prepare your application. You will need to ensure that you have copies of all the documents required for your application.

4. Apply for your course online

Apply for your course online. If making your application to UWS London you can apply here.

5. Accept your offer online

Once your application has been processed, we will contact you to confirm the outcome. If successful, you will receive an offer letter which will detail your next steps and how you can accept. You will be able to accept your offer online.

6. Pay your deposit

If you are happy to accept your offer, you will be required to pay a deposit to secure your place at the university. Any fees paid to the university will be refunded in full if the visa application is unsuccessful.

You will also attend a credibility interview with us at this stage and will need to prepare your CAS documents for review.

7. Prepare your documents for CAS

You will also need to start your Visa application process. TEG are always on hand to support you with this.

8. Attend a CAS interview

You will need to attend your CAS interview. Talk to a TEG team member about booking this.

9. Apply for your Visa

10. Book your accommodation

It’s time to find your accommodation in London and choose where you’d like to live.

11. Travel to London

Now it’s the exciting part! Pack your bags and jump on your flight. London is waiting… remember to check the pre-arrival details.

12. Enrol

Enrol at UWS and get ready to start your course. Set up your university log in at induction week.
