The Education Group London was formed by like-minded professionals who have over 25 years’ extensive experience in all aspects of UK higher education. The Education Group works as a service partner of the University of the West of Scotland in support of the University’s London Campus. This partnership includes marketing and student admissions related activities, development and management of agents, and academic delivery of foundation courses and pre-sessional English.

Salary

£24,000 fixed pay.

Plus £3,000 – £10,000 p.a.Variable pay including bonuses

Overview:

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a smart and dynamic marketing administrator to join the marketing team at The Education Group (London) Limited (a service partner of the University of the West of Scotland) and gain new skills and build on current experience by helping to run the organisations marketing administration and related communications.

Requirements:

  • High levels of written English
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Eye for detail and quality checking
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
  • Skilled at multi-tasking with the ability to prioritise work appropriately
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ideally experience in a similar role, carrying out similar duties
  • Self-Motivated, result driven individual
  • Excellent IT skills particularly in Office 365 products

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaising and communicating with marketing staff in-country and overseas, agents and students
  • Carrying out administrative tasks to keep the channels of marketing related communication working efficiently
  • Processing of new student applications
  • Communicating with partner university in a mature and friendly manner
  • Assist the marketing team and ensuring that their job function is effective
  • Assist with general activities of the organisation including monitoring website content, preparing and attending events and more
  • Produce and edit copy for use on the customer facing websites and social channels
  • May require some overseas travel from time to time on marketing related work
